Digital Product License Agreement

Effective upon purchase or download of any digital product.

This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Architect Store™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you, the purchaser or downloader (“you” or “Licensee”). By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from The Architect Store™, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

1. Scope of Digital Products

This Agreement applies to all digital products sold or distributed by The Architect Store™, including but not limited to:

E-books and published titles (e.g., Your Words, Your Wings)
Self-assessment workbooks and guides (e.g., The Learner & Creative Type Guide)
Decision frameworks and templates
Free lead magnet downloads (e.g., free chapters or starter guides)
Any other downloadable or digitally delivered content

2. License Grant

Upon purchase or authorized download, The Architect Store™ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

Access and read the digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use
Download and store one (1) copy of the product on your personal device(s)
Print one (1) personal copy for your own private use, where applicable

This license does not constitute a sale of the digital product or any intellectual property rights contained therein.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any digital product in whole or in part
Share, distribute, upload, or transmit the digital product to any third party, whether for free or for compensation
Use the digital product or any portion of it for commercial purposes, including but not limited to courses, workshops, coaching programs, or paid content
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the digital product
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the digital product
Use any content from the digital product in AI training datasets, machine learning models, or automated content generation systems
Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer your license rights to any third party

4. Intellectual Property

All digital products, including their content, structure, frameworks, methodologies, and design, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Architect Store™ and are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the Licensee.

The brand names, phrases, and titles associated with The Architect Store™ digital products — including but not limited to Your Words, Your Wings, The Learner & Creative Type Guide, and all associated frameworks — are protected marks of The Architect Store™.

5. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been granted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

6. Enforcement & Remedies

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of The Architect Store™ digital products constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws. The Architect Store™ reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to injunctive relief, actual damages, statutory damages, and attorney’s fees.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Digital products are provided on an “as is” basis. The Architect Store™ makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any digital product. Results from applying the content of any digital product depend entirely on the Licensee’s own actions, effort, and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Architect Store™’s total liability for any claim arising from a digital product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the Licensee for that specific product.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis.

By purchasing or downloading any digital product from The Architect Store™, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Product License Agreement in full.
