5. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Educational Content shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You expressly waive your right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All Educational Content is the proprietary intellectual property of The Architect Store. Purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. No reproduction, redistribution, resale, or derivative works are permitted without prior written consent.
